AREWA YOUTHS ENDORSE ATIKU, SAY BUHARI HAS FAILED NIGERIANS

A group known as the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum (AYCF) has endorsed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar for President. This was disclosed in a statement signed by the group’s President, Yerima Shettima. According to Daily Post, the AYCF said Atiku’s emergence is a good sign, adding that President Buhari’s administration has failed Nigerians. A new order According to Shettima, who called on Nigerians to vote out Buhari in 2019, said that it is time for a new order. BISHOP OKOYE URGES FG TO IMPLEMENT MINIMUM WAGE

The Anglican bishop of Ihiala diocese in Anambra State,  Rt Rev’d Prof Israel Kelue Okoye  has called on the government at all levels to eliminate financial wastages in whatever form  and increase the salaries of workers, saying that the debacle over  minimum wage implementation in Nigeria is unnecessary. The observation was contained in his presidential address presented at St Mary’s Church, Isseke in Ihiala local government area of Anambra State during the second session of the third synod of the diocese. Bishop Okoye noted that market forces, coupled with greed and financial rascality will continue to devalue any amount paid to workers until leaders device means of liberating the country from dependency and economic parasitism  to developing the productive sector of the economy. 11 PREGNANT WOMEN AND 140 OTHER NIGERIANS RETURN FROM LIBYA

No fewer than 141 Nigerians including 11 pregnant women have voluntarily returned from Libya to Nigeria with the assistance of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the European Union (EU). Segun Afolayan, Chief Planning Officer, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) confirmed the development to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Lagos. Afolayan said the Nigerians arrived at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Lagos, at about 10.45pmon Tuesday aboard a chartered Al-Buraq aircraft with registration number UZ189. WHAT WENT DOWN @ THE JUST CONCLUDED LAGOS FASHION WEEK 2018

This is all that happened @ the event. Day 2 officially the 1st day of the runway show. The show didnt start until about 5hours late *sad*. The show started @ exactly 8:45pm. Usually people do not really expect that much from the Day 1 of any show, since its going to run through for another 2 days. Day 3 A lot of people came in as early as possible for red carpet *lol* as we all know this is the best part of the event, you get to see different shades of dressing from celebrities and non-celebrities.  Day 4 Hmmm, The grand finale of the fashion show. It was jam packed with glamorous looks. My eyes were itching so much as if it was going to fall off. Nigerians really do well when it comes to Fashion, they are super ready to flaunt it, flung it and show it *lol*. I am certain that these fashion gods take a whole year to prepare for this Fashion show. On the other hand the designers were really ready to showcase their hard work on the runway. I cannot start mentioning names...
